Jim is against the idea because he does not want to lose time with their children and claims Kelly is only moving to live her best life.

I live in Wisconsin, and if she were to do that here, it would be kidnapping and she would have charges pressed against her and the kids would go to the other parent. Wow...this lady is a nut job!

I went through the same situation where my child's mother moved from GA to Florida without letting the court know not once but twice. The entire time I was still was ordered to pay child's support. Then she moved back about 5 years after the fact. Because the court found out that she left the state and made her move back or she would not get any more child's support money
