This is why I hate the Child Support court system! The judge makes it clear that the mom can refile at a later time but neglected to explain that he could file for child support because she abandoned her kids and really left no explanation!

The judge disappointed me on this one. She should have advised him to file for sole custody and child support. Then told him to stop cooking outside of McDonald's and get on government assistance. Her staff could help direct him in the processes.

The judge should have taken the children from the mother for abandonment and assigned complete 100% custody to this father. Secondly she should have issued the mother to pay child support. Legal up and do it right!

I can’t believe, as a mom, that she would leave her kids like that. My mom did that to my dad, and then was mad when he didn’t want her to see us that often. So I know the pain those kids feel, and especially with one of them being 11, I bet they feel like it’s their fault. I’m currently expecting, I will NEVER make my son feel unwanted like that…that’s cruel not only to the dad who doesn’t have the funds to support them already, but also to the kids🥺💕my heart goes out to the dad and his kids

I have so many questions after this case! How the hell can McDonald's cook afford to raise 5 kids or even send $500 a week to them? What the hell does he cook, pot brownies, meth dafuq?! Then he just casual says he left them in the car? I know there in Texas it be hot. This has to either be satire or an extremely upsetting situation.
