Ok I applied all settings from Method 2 to 6 and I don't know which one was the most relevant but it did literally speed up per a 10x factor my folder loading lol.
I work with huge video files and some folders can contain like 100 videos of 4k footage, and it could take legit 10s to open up and be ready for display. Now it's instant.

Also when I work with images thumbnails are generated and displayed much faster
