A lot of people will complain of weakness within the glutes when training, or they find they can't engage their glutes correctly on say a lunge. Most of the time, the reason is down to lack of activation within the gluteus maximus and gluteus medius muscles prior to training.
So this is just a really quick and really simple glute firing circuit to switch those important hip extensors and abductors on prior to exercise.
Please note, these exercises are for healthy individuals, so if you find you're experiencing pain throughout any movement, or you're suffering from a recent injury to the back or lower limb, please do not push through pain.
