I haven't been able to get Android File Transfer to work for months. I'm now on Ventura (but this happened even before I upgraded), and have a Samsung A53. I've done the debugging then in Developer options... literally everything I can think to do (changed cables, restarted devices, etc.), but that pop-up saying it couldn't connect is all I get. 😢

Thank you. I can get my photos up OK but seem to have to drag and drop one by one. I can't highlight and do more than one at a time, and, as I have 2000 photos, this will take a long time! Do you know how I can move more than one at a time?

When it's not transferring files by using c-type to c-type cable, try using c-type to USB cable instead. In that way my files were able to transfer.
