Here is the exact meaning

وَإِنَّ مِن شِيعَتِهِۦ لَإِبْرَٰهِيمَ

37:83 - Of the "number" of his co-religionists, certainly, was Abraham.

The sense of number is "among his group" Abraham was among Noah's co-religionists, who called, like him, to proclaim the Oneness of Allah.

If there is no sunni or shia in quran and then why about wahabi, Mujahideen, bohra etc . The term sunni means tradition . we Muslim follows quran, hadith and also follow the sunnah of prophet Muhammad nabi ( peace be upon him ) the sunni means following the tradition that was done by our prophet himself .
