Alain, Next time you suggest a carb source give uncle bens brown rice microwabable bags!! Each bag is almost 400 cals of carbs and its very portable/easy to cook! I can down the rice pretty quickly and ill usually have 2 of em a day, i greatly recommend it to any fellow hardgainers out there

Great video. For the past year I have been scared of Pasta because I always associated it with gaining bad weight. I spent a year struggling to fit in the amount of carbs I needed to eat with fruits, nuts and vegetables, forcing my self to eat huge amounts of food for gains.

I went on the scale the other day and I’m weighing at 169. For my height which is 6, 3 is horrible tryna get to 200 pounds thanks for the vid! Helped me out a lot

Noodles also has a lot of carbs😌 Because I'm asian, I eat noodles pretty much all day long. I only eat rice for dinner 😂

So you eat 550g of carbs a day when gaining? How long do you do this?

Or just buy serious mass, and just 50% of 1 portion. Itll be 150 gram carbs. 25gram protein and qround 900 cals

May sound dumb but this right now is the very first time I have finally looked into what’s wrong with my gain. Learned the word hardgainer and that makes sense but my question when I take like 60 grams of protein I get Super Tired which sucks and is why I backed of my mass muscle and other drinks/shakes. Will carbs make me tired aswell?
