sandpaper
spray bottle for wet sanding the rims
metal rim polish

i did this and then polished area now it like like bright chrome but the clear coated areas that i didnt sand look more dull or flat not bright chrome like part i sanded

I think you are supposed to spray 2 to 3 coats of lacquer
