Can you recommend any resources that explain how to reconcile ticketing management and traditional project management/agile? e.g. if some tickets should be added to the next sprint or if the current sprint should be interrupted to handle a ticket of particular urgency. I've never found a solution that smoothly integrates both, nor have I heard any guidelines or recommendations for handling both
