This is a 20-minute dumbbell glute-focused workout. This is a beginner-friendly workout if you're new to using weights. However, that doesn't mean this workout is going to be easy. This is a follow-along workout with rest times included. Feel free to add resistance bands to increase difficulty. Please do each rep with proper form and take your time! Really use that mind-to-muscle connection.

I’m using a pair of 20lb dumbbells. If you don't have dumbbells use 2 gallons of water and hold the handles. Each gallon weighs about 8lbs.

Perfect timing girl!! 💪🥰 Was just looking for your hourglass workout playlist but I'll be doing this tonight instead! I was wondering if in the future you can make a very similar workout to this but with 30 second breaks instead of 15 and just call it a 30 minute workout. I think I'll have more strength / could lift heavier if I had a longer rest period. You're the best! Please keep making videos! ❤️😁

Not sure if I did something wrong but this one made my legs hurt, my glutes didn’t become sore at all 🤔
