For the ones who are thinking it's easy it's not at all. I did them 2 day's back and my thighs are still sore I can't feel my knee. So all the best to the people who are gonna do it. I wish that your and mine both are journey becomes swift and successful

Oh wow! Dude i don't exercise, haven't in years. But my jobs keep me moving and my recent job got me moving a lot and i lost some weight. Which I'm super glad, i intend to try and exercise since now I'm home. I don't want to gain anymore weight. And would like to flatten my tummy.

That's a great informational video. The 90/90 degrees angle is a safe bet and ideal for beginners. The lunges are a great exercise for the lower body and help improve balance and core strength too. On a video i did shoot recently i did show different variations, the long step and short step lunges to focus on different areas of the legs.

I like to do lunges back instead of forward because it causes less pressure on your knees.

If you have bad knees you definitely don’t want to go all the way down and don’t walk with them until you build up strength.

Oh god, Breath in when you lunch, I always breathed out when I lunched, also My knee always touches the ground when I lunch, thanks for the video, two major mistakes I discovered through you.
Also when constructing my sets, I always did the most lunches in the first set, and the least lunches in the last set, you recommend it the other way around, do more lunches in the last set. I will definitly try that too
