Let’s just followed natures protocol. There is a reason for NIGHT to rest and DAYS to do your work. She made real elementary for US🙌🏼😁

Pitch Black is too much.. dangerous.. But I will, I have been shutting the light when I sleep. Actually I keep the light off during the day, I prefer natural light.. turn it on when needed to see.

I keep a kitchen light on and then put curtains up on my bedroom door so there’s just a little light coming in.. I’m scared at night and I live alone out in the middle of nowhere 😱😩

I have to have light in the room, it's too dark during winter, so far I haven't gain an ounce of weight.

What about pesticides on my fruit what are some effects. Now I found out 2 teaspoons of baking soda in water to cover the fruit and let it sit about 15 mins will do the trick. Wash the baking soda off then enjoy.
