I've never taken my phone into the gym with me and only carry a stop watch to time out my rest periods. I remember the look of confusion when a girl looked at the stop watch like "What's that?" After explaining, she gave me a "oh...." as if she still wasn't quite sure haha

I use the strong app to track weight +set/rep and it has automatic rest timer

Turn on workout playlist smash the sets and get the heck out of the gym! Any more than 45 minutes the workout stop being as effective!
