Thanks for the video! Short and to the point. I had the same problem, with the door closing completely and opening up again about half the time. I installed the openers for both garage doors about 12 years ago (and what a project that was, never having done it before), and having had no issues with either opener since then, I completely forgot about the travel adjustment screws on the side of the housing (I have Chamberlain 1/2 HP openers. The adjustments look different, but are in the same location). I have no idea where the owner's manuals are, so I came to YouTube and sure enough, problem solved in minutes, quick and easy. Didn't even need a ladder or step stool, just a screwdriver. It doesn't get any better.

When making this repair I noticed how worn out and pathetic the bottom door seals on both garage doors are, and with winter on the horizon (it's mid-August in Wisconsin now) I decided to order replacement seals. Now I get to install those. I hope you're happy. 🙂 One repair leads to another, as happens so often when you own a home. Thanks again.
