Why Does My Garage Door Open on its own?

This was the worst video ever 😂 find your old garage door keys ??!! Not hey could be the wiring could be sensors misaligned or somthing etc

All these videos offering the reason of “you were programming your door and neighbor happened to use their remote at the same time”, it’s such nonsense. The chance of that happening is so slim. My in-laws are having this problem. They did not reprogram anything. They have one working remote. They were away with their car for a few hours(with the remote). Came home to an open door. There has to be either a malfunctioning opener or someone hacked the remote and is intentionally opening the door. Any other ideas??

That did not work he programmed his new car door opener and I can’t erase that I guess. What do I do?
