Quick note: This is an ✅updated video with the official instructions to disable Recall through Settings, Registry, Group Policy, and even pausing it from the Taskbar.
PS: I realized after the video that using the Registry or Group Policy, after restarting the computer, the Recall data will deleted automatically. When I turned the feature back on again, I noticed that the Recall app was empty, indicating that the data was gone.

Im guessing recall doesn't work with computers with less than 16 gigs of ram, because I have 9.8 gigs of ram, and there is no option. But I would like to know if recall is still on my device and I can't turn it off.

Try practicing the word ;;recall" before you make the video. When you say it fast it sounds like you saying "rico" without the strong 'L" at the end
