How can we trust our data isn't being collected en masse? It may say off, but is it /actually/ off? The entire concept of screenshotting everything you do sounds exactly like what a RAT or a keylogger does. Not even any sensitive data obfuscation, ms would be just getting your credentials, financial info, etc. This seems like all negative very very little positive, even if it is opted out of because they fully expect most users to not even think about turning it off. Extremely worried about this move from ms.

This is a bad idea anyway you look at it. What happens if you get malware on your system, I know MS says it will all be stored locally and encrypted but this info will be holy grail for an attacker and what happens if a flaw is found in the encryption?

Locally, until a bug makes it possible to remote turn it on and access the files. I think this code is just evil and it should not even be in the codebase. Remember me a case when a company loss hundreds of millions in a few minutes because it left a test code in production that was accidentally turned on
