Chocolate Peanut Butter Fat Bombs ~ Keto ~ Low Carb

If you don’t know what fat bombs are, please Google it. Way too much information for me to explain properly.
We’re low carb, I know some of the ingredients in the Hershey’s Sugar Free aren’t Keto. The amount used per bomb is small and has no impact on our weight loss. The Skippy Natural isn’t Keto either, since we’re low carb, it’s fine for us. Use the brands that suit your diet needs.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Fat Bombs
1 cup solid coconut oil
1/2 cup peanut butter (almond butter)
1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
I doubled the original recipe
Melt in microwave 1 minute, stir, may need longer depending on your microwave
Lightly spray silicone pan
Freeze until set 2 hours or over
Store in refrigerator
These have been a lifesaver for us, we’re able to get the healthy fat we need for energy.
Got this recipe from the book, Keto Fat Bombs Sweets and Treats by Urvashi Pitre. The original recipe is called almond butter chocolate fat bombs. We’re low carb so we prefer Skippy Natural. If you’re strict Keto use the nut butter of your choice.
