The protein powder flavors have changed since we created this recipe. Use your favorite protein powder, vegan ones will result in better shelf stability.

Just curious why you wouldn't just weigh everything out into a bowl, melt it, whisk it all together, and then spoon it into the molds. Seems like it would be SO much quicker, easier and less messy than mixing each little square individually.

I tried a new fatbomb drink this morning based on another fatbomb treat video you guys made. If you're counting calories i wouldn't suggest it but if not you should definetely try it. I mixed 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup coconut oil, and 1 scoop sixstar chocolate protein powder In a large cup and heated it up. It tasted just like hot chocolate. Macros were 115.5 g grams of fat, 34 grams of protein, 4 grams of carbs

Been making fat bombs for over a year now with cacao butter, etc. I melt all ingredients Ina saucepan on very low heat, then pour into my molds! Yum

Cocoa butter, coconut oil and vanilla extract. Sweeten as desired. Shelf stable and delicious.

I wonder if adding cocoa powder to make them chocolatey would be good? I would try to add a few drops of maple extract and pecans or vanilla extract and crushed almonds just to mix it up.

Hum, maybe that protein powder has HFCS. I had this happen with tomato soup years ago--you should not get addicted to tomato soup! This makes me want to try: cacao butter + coconut butter + ???

Not sure what happened, but I tried two using half cacao butter and half butter. Those two turned super lumpy and grainy as I stirred after both butters had melted.
The ones using only cacao butter turned out just fine.

Try it with equal parts cacao butter and 100% dark cacao chocolate.

Why not mix it in a bowl then into the individual forms? Seems like extra work

My apologies if you’ve already commented on a question similar to mine, I don’t have time to read through all the comments first. Can you please give measurements that can be made in bulk, then poured? We use smaller silicone trays and need to mix THEN pour. TIA

Made a consolidated batch (each ingredient x 6). It did not turn out as wet as Matt's individual ones. The result was very gritty.
