Celtic salt is even better that pink salt, No one talks about it, but it has almost all the minerals our body needed. take one crystal and place it in your mouth before you drink water, it makes the absorption of the liquid much better in the body. please if you can read about and make another video that will be great.
thanks

Hey there Thomas, quick question i hear sea salt and pink himi salt contain no iodine in them. Do they have iodine? Because isnt that what we need from the salt mostly, iodine? Just a little confused because all the himi salt i have shopped for at the grocery store say contains no iodine

I'm addicted to eating salt on its own and I don't know what to do about it...but sometimes the craving just ends on its own and I don't eat salt much

I’ve heard that your sodium intake depends a lot on potassium intake. If you eat your veggies every day you should probably easily handle like 10g of sodium per day.

What I’ve Learned even showed Korean studies where anything below 4grams was considered too little and had a steep curve of increased cardiovascular disease as the intake went down.

In the end people should listen to their bodies. If you’re craving for salt, chances are you are short of it. Especially if you are drinking a lot without holding on to the water and have low blood pressure to the point you have episodes of numbness.
