Of course a ton of video from Forrest Gump was CGI. There was so much post production work done on that film that it was harder to tell if a scene did not have any special effects placed somewhere in the scenes.

Another interesting fact, I got to lay the flooring for their dressing rooms in the Low-cost country of SC. Tom and Sally. Never got to meet them though. Too bad, plus they used are high school sports bus for the Vietnam section. For me, it’s pretty cool to watch.
