Hi Ran! It has not been clear to me that if you now billed an extra for the strategy or simply mention it explicitly in the budget, as one more item. How do you get the email/phone of a customer to ask them questions about the business they use? Just ask the business? Wouldn't this be violating some privacy law for the business to give personal information to a third party? Is there another video on what kind of questions you ask the management team also? Thanks for this invaluable information!
