imagine telling yourself suffocating in a spacesuit 7 years ago, that you'd be able to capture occasions on-par with the saturn V testing, and be able to speak to the men responsible.
thanks for all of the views and coverage. you elevate every launch you cover.

5:45 That bird has surrendered to behold one of the greatest achievements of humankind, along with the other residents of the surrounding areas like those going out to their balconies to watch the spectacle.

Was at Cape Canaveral back in the late 1960's for two Saturn 5 moon launch's. One was on a very clear day, were a Uncle had got us NASA passes to watch from about as close as you were allowed to be . I don't know what I was expecting but it was certainly the loudest sustained noise from a distance (3 1/2 miles), I had ever heard. When the rocket began to angle over the ocean, as it when up, the popping and concussion of the engines was so loud that you felt the sound off your face, body and the ground. Never will forget that.

5:36 that heron is too cool to look at rockets. Also the ending is too awesome with the music and slo-mo. Goodness

5:36 this bird is unfazed by progress. Complete indifference of its human significance.

I think the broadcast switcher view is the coolest one you've released!

It's so incredible that there are COLLECTIVE mock diamonds in the exhaust. Don't think I've ever realized that is what I was looking at before on these high number of engine-based rockets.

The engine light reflection and shockwaves inside the smoke is awesome, even more in slomo. thanks!

I can’t get over how the whole plume had Mach diamonds and each individual engine plume has Mach diamonds. It’s so insane 😮

I love shots like the one at 7:50 where you can see something like the stairs on the tower which puts into perspective just how large this rocket is compared to something humanly tangible
