I beat a California § 5150 rap, and here's how:
A cop called me late at night once because my sister made a red flag law attempt on me in order to retaliate against me for taking her and my other sister to court. Unbeknownst to anyone involved, I was in another state because I am ALWAYS silent about my traveling. AFTER telling the officer on the other line that I was respectfully submitting to invoke my 5th Amendment right to remain silent, and that I had Counsel on retainer, the Officer tried again to get me to admit to being suicidal, and *I again refused to give a statement of any kind.* Eventually everyone found out that I was in another state, so everyone knows that my sister lied to 911 when she told them that I was in my house with guns and threatening to commit suicide. When I came home 2 days later, neighbors told me that my entire house was completely surrounded by cops on the night that I got that call from a Police Officer. I tried to have my sister prosecuted for making false emergency calls, but that sort of thing doesn't fit their enforcement agenda (it's California, so...). My sisters were (and still are) angry because my Mother (who passed away in 2015) gave me the house, but the reason for that is because I was her caregiver for more than 8 years, and my sisters did absolutely nothing for her, and eventually abandoned their Mother. They still wanted everything for nothing. *NEVER EVER TALK TO THE POLICE WITHOUT A LAWYER PRESENT DURING QUESTIONING!* Say "I'm going to respectfully decline to answer any questions, and I would like to speak with an Attorney".
