- I'm seeing a lot of complaints that the dough comes out too wet. This is because your butter was too soft. While these cookies are classified as 'no chill', if the butter is too soft the dough will not be right (the recipe itself can only work SO much magic!) If your dough feel soft, sticky or doesn't look the same as in the video, your best bet is to chill it in the fridge for 30 minutes - 1 hour.

Just made it while watching you. Super easy and very good cookies. For anyone else cooking at a high altitude needs to cook about 15 minutes per batch.

I’ve always used the same recipe but decided to try a new one so I tried this. I love this recipe, they came out perfect!! She has links to her recipe on the description. I did have to add more flour (probably about half a cup more) but that is very common with baking so that did not bother me. I will be using this recipe now moving forward. Thank you so much for sharing!

You’re blog says one egg and one egg yolk but in the video you use 2 eggs. Which method do you suggest?

Gave this recipe a go today and it baked up great, didn't need to stray from the recipe at all. I used a stand mixer which went well - made sure not to over mix. Very tasty cookies and we can't wait to bake another batch to decorate. They did rise and spread the slightest bit, so not sure how that will affect the royal icing tomorrow but we will see :) Thank you.

What were the measurements on the Salt & Baking Powder? Were those teaspoons? As in, 1 tsp.?

Are these cookies a hard cookie or a soft one? I wanted to send some decorated ones overseas they could be in transit up to a couple of weeks so I’m concerned if they are too soft they might disintegrate before they arrive at their destination. I assume when you add baking powder they are more of a cakey cookie? They do look nice though 😊

Guess I need to try this recipe. I have used 2 different ones, and they won't roll at all. They come out sticking to me! Hoping you would have mentioned how long and what temp setting to bake them, though.
