Strongly relatable, everyone in my football class laugh's at my lateral raises cuz I shake but I'm literally the one doing the most in that class😅

One mental trick i saw somewhere which is helping me -Instead of trying to lift the dumbbells up (vertically ), imagine trying to push the dumbell as far away / outward as possible … makes it feel easier, atleast for me

I remember when it occured to me, i didnt even need weights to get a workout doing lateral raises if i did sets of 20-30 reps, thatll take u near failure

Bend a little forward with that lat raise so you can hit the posterior delt more... and ease up on the weight, no need show off.

Smaller muscle, lower weight. Think this movement likes reps more than raw weight anyway, but it took me months to get from 15lbs to 20lbs to 25lbs.

I didn’t know this was a thing and tried to do lateral raise and was so dissapointed that I couldn’t do more than 5lbs and I saw this gym bro built like a Greek god do like 10lbs haha
