Here is how I start out every morning. This method worked for me but make sure you consult your physician before doing any weight loss or exercise. I lost 75 pounds last year in 3 1/2 months. Before and after pics at the end of the video. Please like, share, and subscribe. Thank you

I eat oat meal daily for breakfast. I do the same as you do except pure oatmeal which takes longer to cook 22 minutes. Also my peanut butter is pure with out additives. Steel oats.

I m 220 lbs now starting your plan this week hope it goes well i m tired of all these weight loss plans loosing couple pounds and gaining back more thanks for your vedio it gave me inspiration to do it again and this time for good i will mention my next weight under this comment again next month thanks again

I've noticed many have asked about calories. Here is what I came up with.
half cup of oats 150
Peanut butter tbsp 100
Honey tsp 60
Granola roughly 400 if half a cup
I'm not sure how he did 900-1100 calories for the day if breakfast was in the 700s ???
However I will say the recipe is delicious!!!

For a healthier peanut butter, you could use PB2 powder. Extra protein and flavor without the sugar and calories.

Peanut butter? Hey, I am in. I have lost 6 LBS in 5 days eating the "oatmeal, chicken and broccoli". So We'll see how I do on your plan. I may use a little less PB though....lol. Thanks for your post!

I found your weight loss video about the 75lbs in 3 months or so, and I am going for it. I've tried multiple diets and the results haven't been what I was hoping for so Im trying this way out. Oatmeal looks pretty good btw, I usually eat it plain but that looks awesome

Great transformation! Your perseverance and motivation paid off. It seems like you have to get past the emotional connection, to food, then you can focus and address the physical aspects. The oatmeal sounds great. I'm gonna try it!!

I tired this oatmeal and it was delicious!!! I got the blueberry KIND cereal instead though. I am excited to see how much weight I lose this week! Super delicious easy filling breakfast.

That has to be at least 550 calories, especially with that much honey. When you were eating this everyday were your lunches and dinners fewer calories?
