Good tips, also without adding finasteride and minoxidil, I would add collagen, I'm not kidding, it makes a difference, but it has to be the good ones with low molecular (Dalton) weight, because those are the only collagen that really gets in your body, and it has to be between 10 to 15 grams per day, and regarding showering, end showering with cold water, because when you shower with warm and hot water, your pores opens and get rid of impurities, however, the same happens if you don't close your pores (with cold water), they will get impurities in them and other crap bacteria and dirt will get in, and that also of course affects your hair and skin. The most important aspects is that you eat an incredibly healthy diet with a lot of vegetables. Those contain polyphenols and phytochemicals that protect your overall cells from taking oxidation damage.
Sometimes you must do fasting and calorie restriction, that activates autophagy and repairs old cells.

Vitamin D is incredibly important as well, people underestimate how much it helps to fight against aging in general.

The hard water thing is true, also applying hair oil to the scalp regularly.

ok quick tip don’t use rosemary oil. i’ve tried four different kinds all have made my hair super super greasy and i had to stop after only a week. it might just be me but i have super healthy fluffy hair so idk.
