Unreasonable Denial of Your Work Injury Claim: Why Witnessed Claims are Controverted

The minute you get hurt on the job, your needs and best interests become very different from those of your employer.

As I discuss in this video, employers often don’t want to report work injuries quickly. They may discourage you from seeing a doctor and pursuing a claim because reported claims mean higher insurance costs. We have seen cases where long time workers who get injured are fired because a supervisor doesn’t want other employees to see a co-worker hobbling around the work site.

As your work injury lawyer we know that fast medical attention is the key to your recovery from injury. Our focus is your medical health and financial well being, and not your employer’s insurance costs.

You don't have to accept an unreasonable denial of your work injury claim. If you get hurt on the job, and need some straight talk, please call me - I’d be happy to help.
