Err all of them still have their mexican citizenship, in Mexico if one of your parents is Mexican, you are also Mexican. If they wanted to literally vote in elections all they have to do is ask for their Voters ID/INE, present their parents birth certificate proving they are Mexican and in a day or two they can now legally vote.

Most of these are not Mexican. To be Mexican you have to be a Mexican national. Unless you have a passport that say's your Mexican or a birth certificate that say's your Mexican, than your not Mexican. Just saying. My ancestors came from Europe back in the 1500's does that make me European? No, That makes me Mexican and American. As I hold two nationalities.
