After dating for two years, Ferguson proposed to Justin Mikita in September 2012. On July 20, 2013, these gay celebrities got married. The playwright and filmmaker Tony Kushner officiated the wedding in Manhattan. They welcomed their son, Beckett Mercer Ferguson-Mikita into the world in 2020. "Modern Family" actor Jesse Tyler Ferguson met Mikita at Equinox gym in West Hollywood. As their lives and professions grew more linked they began dating. Mikita worked for the American Foundation for Equal Rights. He persuaded Ferguson to help fight for same-sex marriage.
2. Nathan Lane
Broadway and big-screen veteran Nathan Lane is enjoying his new role as a husband. Lane quietly married his partner of 18 years, playwright Devlin Elliott at 59. Yes, you heard right. These celebrities had a gay marriage. During a book signing, this gay celeb made the first public announcement of his marriage to Joy Behar. The signing was for his new children's book, "Naughty Mabel. Mabel the couple's real-life French bulldog is the star of his first book of a series co-authored with Elliott. Who TF cares? They are the same person they were yesterday and the same person they were 5 or 10 years ago. I am 65 and I knew my cousin was gay when I was 16 and it never bothered me, why would it? I grew up with him. He and his partner never openly admitted it, but at his mom's funeral the announcement was made. I come from a german background that had for years questioned my cousin's sexual orientation and even made fun of my cousin's mother. I got so sick of their disrespect that I confronted them, that resulted in me being expelled from my family. Yep, that's my former family a bunch of toxic homophobes.

He’s been gone for many years but the one that shocked me was when I learned Raymond Burr was gay. I don’t think John Travolta is gay. My best friend Debbie and I have known each other since 6th grade, she and her husband live in California and my husband and I live in Missouri, but when we see each other, we hug each other tightly, kiss each other on the cheek and walk around sometimes holding hands, but we’re totally straight, my point is just because you see two people of the same sex hugging, kissing on the cheek, or holding hands don’t assume their gay lesbian or bisexual, they could be just very close friends. I don’t believe John Travolta or Johnny Depp are gay and even if they were gay, it doesn’t matter, they’re still great actors.
