6R80 Transmission Cooler Fit Under Vehicle, 6R60 Transmission Bypass Cooler Fitting - This one still has the Factory Thermal Valve inside Transmission - we recommend fitting a Thermal By-Pass Valve which creates constant Transmission Fluid Cooling and you won`t need to warm Trans right up ( to purge any air from Trans heat exchanger circuit ) and then wait for Trans to cool down to check fluid level after a service has been done.

Hey mate, how efficient is the cooler mounted under the Ranger?have you done many of these on the Ford Rangers and have you had any that have been damaged from rocks and sticks being thrown into the cooler?

A year ago I bought a 2015 FGX Falcon ute with the 6 Speed auto, the first thing I did was install one of these to avoid the pink milkshake from the crappy little Ford factory heat exchanger.

Do you think I could get away with mounting the cooler on the underside of a BF falcon? I can always use the hardlines from a BA to avoid having 12ft of hose under the car, but having it back closer to the trans just seems so much neater.

Of how to remove the yoke from the tail shaft on a BA
Got the bolts undone but it won't move off the tail shaft .
I've had a look at the manual
All it says is Note: if there is any damage to the alignment bush on slip flange then replace slip flange.
I'm making the assumption that the slip flange is the bit the yoke is flexing up and down on as I try to wiggle and pry it off the tail shaft
I can't find that slip flange as a part anywhere either?
