Is Paige a guest or a model? Around 3:45 she looks and sounds like a happy, comfortable guest, but in most of the rest of the video she looks like a model on a game show set -- as if she's there purely for looks, and it's very awkward. Bruno, I'm a huge fan, and I'm begging you: if you're going to have a guest, please engage them fully from beginning to end and let their natural personality shine through. <3

I made 4 loaves in one day. It will be my go to recipe from now on. I used more honey, 100 Grams and it was the right sweetness for us since we like a sweeter bread. Plus, I added raisins. I used 3 whole large eggs and did not weigh it out and it was fine. I also, use a bread machine to knead the dough for 10 mins. Only, then took it out to let it proof for 2 hours in an oiled bowl instead of keeping it in the bread machine because I didn't want the machine to over knead it and make it too dense. DONT FORGET TO LOWER THE OVEN TEMPERATURE. I also love Bruno's croissant recipe. Watch the braiding technique from Frum It Up.
