so here is the answer to your request: this video will show you the only technique you will need to BRAID ANY CHALLAH and our daughter Leah ( accompanied by her baby sister Naomi) will share with you their braiding song to know how to braid perfectly any challah with any number of strands!

I learned how to braid 6 strand challah when I worked in a bakery. I sang a similar song in my head and I can't believe I'm not the only one who does this!

Many many thanks to you for the song. I'm 61 and just started baking challah. I hate baking but I love to cook. My wife works full time and I am a retired/disabled American soldier so I'm in charge of the house and Shabbat dinners. Today is my third attempt at challah. First attempt was not a disaster but was not a great success either. Second was better but I think today might be the day. If it works I will refrigerate for tomorrow. If not I will try again tomorrow morning.
