Bodyweight High Volume EMOM Challenge
Set the clock ⏰ for 40 ~ 1 minute intervals and test your strength with the following:

Minute 1: 8 Pull-ups
Minute 2: 15 Push-ups
Minute 3: 12 Chin-ups
Minute 4: 8 Dips

You repeat 🔁 this pattern 10 more cycles = 40 minutes of work.

At the end of the workout 🏋️‍♀️ you will have competed:

80 Pull-ups
150 Push-ups
120 Pull-ups
80 Dips

Now this is an advance challenge I threw into my own training routine. Weight Vest optional.

If you can’t handle this volume you have a few options:

1 - cut the volume in 1/2 to 20 minutes instead of 40.

2 - cut the reps in 1/2 each minute.

3 - if you can’t do pull-ups chin-ups or dips using band assisted or TRX or a bench/ EQ bars for the dips is a great option.

For you advanced folks let me know how it goes if you try this. For the beginners or intermediate scale as needed.

Just another way to get in a great session with zero weights required.
