I got mine through best buy, took forever though

For the record, I was trying Best Buy, EB Games, and Amazon. And Amazon never even showed the listing in the search engine

Anyone that was at that part. Y’all were close to getting it. But if you got it in the cart then you need to do was spam the button over and over for about 10 mins for you to buy it cause that what happen to me.

At least your screen changed! Mine just stayed on the same screen and said it couldn’t be added to the cart. This was after I put it in the cart but couldn’t checkout!

I mean it's a typical issue when pre-ordering popular products. If things go well, it means the console isn't being sold well.

I got mine at Best Buy like 3 hours after pre order started

i waited in line to get the x but i was only getting the s because it was all they had left so after i pre ordered it i went to wallmart.com and got one with no problem. now i have an x and an s and i dont know what to do with it?

I got mine through the Microsoft store without any crashing it was just so 😂

I ordered on best buy at 4pm mountain time, and got a series x. I guess I was just lucky.

Don’t blame Best Buy it’s a hot ticket item that many people have called out that getting ahold of one will be difficult no matter what. You try managing and creating a website that can handle the traffic of hundreds of thousands of people trying to preorder plus add on scalpers, and bots that are trying to nab order slots. It took me 7 hours of me constantly trying to check out to get ahold of a PS5 and I’m not upset because I’m aware it’s a hot item

I tried Walmart and the microstore store. I got the same thing (error) at both. So o well, I will just wait a couple of years and maybe try again. They can hope I still want it then, if not more money for me and less for them.
