Using AA batteries is a GOOD thing. It prevents the controller from becoming useless when the a builtin pack dies. Buy rechargeable AAs, it's not that hard.

Why are people still acting like a controller using AA batteries is a bad thing. I would rather have a set of rechargeable AAs that i can recharge and use on multiple devices instead of my controller becoming a dead brick that doesnt hold a charge after 5 years

Manufacturers can't void your warranty just for you removing stickers per the Magnuson-Moss Act.

In the U.S., it is generally illegal for companies to void a warranty just because you open your device or break a "warranty void" sticker. This is due to the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act

It only took 4 years for Microsoft and Sony to finally realize anything less than 2TB of internal storage is utterly moronic in a time where a single damn game is 300GB in size.

Last Black Friday, u could get a XSX for $350 and then just buy an Xtra 2TB Expansion for about $200 so thats basically 3TB for less than $600

To this day I still prefer the convenience of having the disc drive especially with how many games Xbox supports through backwards compatibility. I’ve kept my whole 360 physical library from over the decades so it’s nice I can enjoy them on the newest console with graphical improvements. Old news but still valid more than ever imo. Keep physical alive as long as we can.

There's no reason to upgrade to the 2024 models, older models are 300$, if you save 10c on the new 600$ model it'll take you years to reap the benefits.

Yes, we WANT that slot for "AA Batteries." It's called a rechargeable battery pack & they're a lot cheaper than having to replace an entire controller when the only thing wrong with the controller is that the built in batteries have died.
