Can I ask why you are taking a pre work out? I work out 6 days a week weights for 45 minutes of a morning and cardio 60 minutes of a night. Every pt I've spoken to has suggested avoiding it unless you really need it and are really bulking? Have you thought about getting a PT in just to help with form 💙💜

All those vitamins (besides a multi or pure vitamin) are just a placebo, including that protein shake, but if they help you mentally & give you “the placebo” effect, hey, it’s worth it lol, but physiologically it does nothing...

Take the circle weights or a dumb bell & hold out front & rotate like your driving. This is great for your shoulders too!

If you did a full squat you can activate more of your glutes, hamstrings, and adductors.
