Not saying you do or that you should show everything about yourself/private life online but I appreciate how real you are and not tryna pretend to be something you aren’t. Respect

I didn't know you were thirty, I always thought you were early 20s! But as great and amazing as having a family is, not everyone can build a business from the ground up. You've achieved so much more than most people your age are even capable of imagining. Don't ever let that pressure get to you. Love your content!

“Don’t take advice from someone that isn’t living your dream life”

I needed that! Thank you so much 🤍

From 30-40, the pressure is real for the get married and have kids expectation…I say live YOUR dream and make your own way! You’re so successful already and you aren’t even close to being finished! I love to have my freedom for exercise, for travel, for time with my loved ones…don’t let the world push you into anything you don’t feel passionate about already is my advice! Not that you need it! You are slaying! Keep it up! ❤❤❤

By having the courage to share where you’re at, and that you’re happy with your life right now just as it is, you’re helping take some of that pressure off other women — because you’re showing that a fulfilled life can look different for different women, and it doesn’t necessarily have to involve motherhood. ❤ Thanks for being that voice

Also turned 30 last year and agree with the pressure you feel to do what everyone around you is doing. It's so hard not to make comparisons when all of your friends are getting married and having children, or buying houses! We lost two years of our 20's during covid so I'm trying to just enjoy being content doing the things we missed doing when we were stuck inside. Having the ability to sit and binge Netflix with no one distracting you is a plus too. ✌

I was 30 when I got pregnant. At 32 I ve been a mum of 2, done & dusted! Was I ready or pressured? I think I was more pressured than ready! Do I regret it? I am grateful for the chance to experience motherhood, but I wish I had taken my time to be sure that I wanted it as badly as I was pressured to do so! So, please, stay true to yourself and do what you want when you are prepared for it!!! Seeing several mums, who screams the shop down because their kids are not listening, it isn't looking like a happy motherhood or a childhood!
You are a role model for many! I'm grateful to be able to know through your Chanel!!!❤ Love to you

I’m 28 and my goals are to be more like you physically. My physical best.
You look like you’re in your early 20s not 30.
Your career is important to you right now. There will always be opportunities to find love when you’re ready. I went to college and started my career and now I’m engaged getting ready to settle down.
My next goal is taking care of my physical health.
Unfortunately my career choice didn’t allow me time to stay fit lol. Way too much studying and 12 hour shifts. It’s still difficult with 12 hour shifts. I’m exhausted after and can’t drag myself to the gym. After my shifts for the week I need a two day recovery time.
But I’m working on it. Your videos help me. Keep doing you lady! 😊

I also had a birthday two weeks ago, and now I am 30 years old as you are. I am living abroad doing what I love. I feel great when I look back and try to figure out every critical decision in my life, and I regret nothing. Everything has a time, and waiting for the right moment when you actually feel it is essential. Doing something just because other people do is not a guarantee of happiness. Because of you, I started taking care of what I was eating, which helped me get into my dream shape. Thank you! :)

Don’t stress, 30 you are still a baby. I was career focused and convinced I would be the cool single auntie forever. Play with the kids then give them back 😅 well fast forward to 34 I met my now husband and now at 37 my daughter is 2 1/2 years old. Love my life now but also miss my single career days…just enjoy the chapter of life that you are in!

I was in my mid 30s when I had my first child. (My youngest came the year after 🤭. I wanted 2 before I turned 40). I turned 50 last year and my daughters are in their teens now and for the last couple of years I feel that I have more time taking care of myself. I've been working out on gyms since my early 20s. More family focus and less workout during the years when the kids were little. Nowadays my oldest daughter sometimes joins me at the gym.
I want to point out that we waited to have kids until we felt ready for it. Other's opinions on the matter are not worth listening to. It's your business, not theirs. And some people choose not to have children. That's ok too!!
If you feel happy with your life right now, that's exactly how it should be! ♥️

I am in my mid thirties, married and I have a child and guess what I am not always happy. Doing what everybody is apparently supposed to do is not a guarantee for endless happiness. Doing what you love, whatever that is, that's what will make you happy.

I am at this age where I don’t watch lifestyle blogs anymore (im 25😅) but you are the only one who I still watch, your videos are so calming and relaxing and your voice sounds like asmr so i like listening to your videos after workout or before bedtime🫶🏽

Hi Sophie, yes I'm a man and I totally do different workouts but I enjoy listening to your experience and attitude which gives me kind of support during my exercises. I like you always have a plan and focus, nobody should try to convince you to do it different, please not you are doing so well.

Funny enough, I’m 33 and a mom of four 😅 I love how my life has gone but (1) think pressuring anyone to live a certain way or at a certain pace is unhelpful and lame and (2) find your content SO helpful as I try to be the best and healthiest me for myself and my kiddos. So keep doing you! You inspire so many. 🩷
