Sweet Chili Sauce
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Pani (Water) 1 Cup
-Cheeni (Sugar) ¼ Cup
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Tomato ketchup 3 tbs
-Pani (Water) 2 tbs or as required
-Corn flour 2 tsp
Directions:
-In sauce pan,add water,sugar,red chili crushed,salt,mix well and bring it to boil.
-Add tomato ketchup and mix well.
-In water,add corn flour and mix well and add it in sauce pan,mix well and cook until sauce thickens & set aside.
-Can be stored for up to 1 week in refrigerator.

-Tomato ketchup dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani mein corn flour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur sauce pan mein dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur sauce garha hunay tak paka lein & side per rakh dein.
-1 week tak refrigerator mein store ker saktay han.
