Homemade Hot Sauce 🥵

20-25 Chile De Arbol
5-6 cloves garlic roasted in 2 Tbsp oil (you can skip the roasting part)
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup Chile water
1 Tbsp paprika
2 tsp onion & garlic powder
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt

Not sure who needs to hear this but if you’re going through a hard time I genuinely hope things get better for you and your family. Btw if you want it to be more spicy, keep the seeds. You can also blend it in a normal blender. Make sure not to use too much vinegar as it might make it too watery. Vinegar also makes it less spicy so if you want it to be very hot make sure to add ground pepper or extract. (Extract is extremely spicy so only use it if you know what you are getting yourself into)

You could also not add any vinegar, leave it at room temperature for a week, and there you have an amazing fermented hot sauce! Just adjust for acidity or salt before serving

The consistency is on point!! Try making one with Kashmiri red chilies next. They've a different flavour and we use them in almost every dish here in Pakistan.

Unless you're using the seeds for later, don't remove them! That is where a lot of the spice is, and spice tastes so good in dishes! Besides, it is hot sauce

I always make this but what I do differently is that I don't remove the seeds and I add garlic too.

I ordered a variety of super hot peppers like ghost and Carolina reaper and I can’t wait to make my own sauce!!! Grocery store sauces haven’t done it for me in years and specialty hot sauce stores near me can’t do it either

Ngl chile de arbol is my go-to pepper to use for spicy stuff especially bacon con chile it’s really good and it gives it a spicy kick
