How to install SKSE for skyrim easy!

it is a really simple mod to install and some really cool mods require skse to run properly like sky ui and whereable lanterns!

I'm clean slating Skyrim _again_, since I'm a newb with modding and I made it suicidal. Determined to make SKSE work properly this time. All I wanna know is - how to determine which version of SKSE I want to install? 

Also, if any more experienced modder reads this, any advice in which order should I activate mods? Of course if a particular mod needs prerequisites those come first, but I'm asking in general, like should I activate texture mods or after something else?

I did all the steps but then when I click the skse_loader an error message pops up and says "couldn't find TESV.exe." help plz

you can use installer and it is far easier  u first download it bring it onto your main screen and click it fill out the details required and then open steam and select: add new game and place in the skse loader and load it up

Do I HAVE to launch Skyrim every time through SKSE?

When I try to open it through the skse_loader.exe I get an error message saying it couldn't find TESV.exe although i looked and that's in my skyrim folder. Also I made sure it shows the file types in case that was why it couldn't find the file and that didn't work either.
