How to install SKSE for Skyrim Anniversary Edition

I go through the steps of installing SKSE to set up Skyrim for modding on Vortex.

alright this helped me somehow better than some other tutorials cuz i selected all the things in the files of skse and put it in the skyrim folder, or i was using a bad mod with a bad mod manager

so i did everything but it says a DLL plugin failed to load correctly and that
charger.dll: Le plug-in cannot be used with SE
nioverride.dll: LE plug-in cannot be used with SE
i’m new to this whole pc thing and i’m just so lost man i downloaded other mods before getting this skse but it’s just not working it says continuing may result in lost save data or other undesired behavior i have no idea what to do

So what does someone do when they get an error that says the version of Skyrim they're trying to play is newer than the script extender? And do not say to get the newest version, because that's the version I have.

I got the Anniversary Edition upgrade to Special Edition when it went on sale recently (a day or so prior to this post), and I grabbed SKSE build 2.1.5 (game version 1.6.353). I extracted the files, and moved the Data folder and .dll files into the game, set up some baseline mods like the most recent version of SkyUI, and a couple weapons / armors, and got an error that says the game is newer than the script extender.

hey I keep getting the error bink2w64.dll missing error even though that file is in the directory. What should I do about this?

Say I didn't get skyrim through steam but through the Microsoft store would it still be the same directions in the video? I gave up trying to mod it becuase when I tryed to launch skyrim with the script extender launcher in the files like some other video said to do it just popped up an error saying something like couldn't locate Skyrimse.exe I just my first PC a few days ago ill admit I have no idea what I'm doing haha
