Craving Greek flavors but don’t have a grill? No problem! These stovetop Chicken Souvlaki skewers are packed with Mediterranean goodness and cook up in just 10-12 minutes. Perfect for a quick and healthy meal!

✨ What You’ll Need:
✅ 2 lbs Chicken breast or thighs (cubed)
✅ 1 medium sized Onion,
✅ 3 cloves garlic
✅ 1 tbsp dried greek oregano
✅ 1/2 tsp pepper
✅ 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
✅ 1 lemon (juice of)
✅ 1 tsp salt
✅ Skewers (metal or soaked wooden ones)
✅ Hot pan for that perfect sear

🔥 How to Make It:
1️⃣ Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes (overnight = best flavor!).
2️⃣ Thread onto skewers, leaving a little space between pieces.
