Simple, Healthy Chicken Souvlaki Pita with a quick
Tzatziki Sauce. Packed with protein, filling, great macros,and done in under 20 minutes.

Chicken Souvlaki:
2 Chicken Breast (approx. 145g each)
Season with Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Paprika, Garlic Powder
Squeeze of Lemon (I used half of a lemon or 2 tbsp lemon
juice)
1 tsp Olive Oil OR use a spray to control oil intake (to cook)

Tzatziki Sauce:
1/2 cup Fat Free Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Minced Garlic (or a generous amount of garlic powder
1/3 cup Grated or Finely Chopped Cucumbers
Squeeze of Fresh Lemon (or 1 tsp lemon juice)
1-2 tsp of Fresh or Dry Dill
Season with a Pinch of Salt

OPTIONAL: Add some finely chopped Mint Leaves!

Pita: 2 Whole Wheat Pitas (approx. 67g each) OR use any low calorie option of your choice
1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 cup Spinach

OPTIONAL: You can use other toppings such as Black Olives, Feta or Red Onions!
Yields: 2 Pitas
