Blender 3D - A Fix for Render is all Black

In this video, I am going to show you how to fix a very common problem when your render is outputting as black.

This didn't work for my animation! But I fixed it. If your frames are still coming out all black in an animation - try going to the video sequencing panel in the compositing tab. My problem was that I had an image sequence (from my last animation) still in the video sequencing bit. Once I deleted it, my animation came out fine.

Output -> Post Processing -> Tick and Untick "Sequencer" box once, nobody seems to talk about this thing.

I rendered it last night and then it came out fine. Im trying to render my animation again but it comes out black. I tried the compositing tab but it still doesn't work?

If your render is perfect but when you save that and get a blank picture or high lighting one than go to output>color management and choose the follow scene...

If yours still didn’t work, try saving the file in as a blend file and quit it then re-open the file and see if it works, mine just worked with this process

it still didn't work. I tried everything, it is still full black when rendered

a full 2 hour animation came out all black, now I can be sure I wont kill myself over this happening again

I have a problem rendering an animation I have. I come across the same problem you do, but for a motion graphic

Didn’t help, but I found out why. When you hide any object from your outliner, it will still appear in your render. So, I deleted these objects I didn’t need and the render came out exactly how I saw it in the preview

then I saw display with compositing and deleted render layers I understood ALL. because I have deleted it myself..

I had something similar.. it was a 14 seconds tender and the last 4 seconds was a dark screen .. so it started out good and then just turned to black screen any thoughts ?
