Ah, this explains why so many of the scanned models I've downloaded off Sketchfab have been in multiple pieces.
You did a really good job scanning your head. Aside from the weird neck lump that's a pretty clean scan really.

how do u take the initial 360 pic of ur self and add it and all that jazz do u have any vids on that

Instead of turning down the strength of the normals you should recalculate them and choose "set from faces"

Sorry to hijack this, but how do you do this in nomad sculpt? I can't use blender on my iPad and am trying to tidy up my polycam images with nomad sculpt.
