Creamy Shrimp Ramen✨ Add an easy protein like frozen shrimp & a fast cooking veg like bok choy, & you have a balanced ramen meal that is done in 15 minutes! (Recipe below & follow @thehealthyhophead for more easy single serve recipes!)

Recipe:

Ingredients-
2 cups water
Frozen raw shrimp to liking
Creamy chicken ramen packet
3/4 cup chopped Bok Choy
1 egg yolk
1 tsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp gochujang
Cheddar cheese to liking
Mozzarella cheese to liking
Chili crisp to liking
1 tbsp chopped green onions

Directions-
1. To a rice cooker, add the water & shrimp. Cover & cook for 10 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink.
2. While the shrimp is cooking, assemble the cream sauce by mixing together 1 egg yolk, gochujang, ramen flavor packet, mayonnaise, & 1/4 cup hot water. Mix together until everything is blended.
3. When the shrimp are done cooking, slowly add the cream sauce while mixing into the water. Then add the bok choy & ramen. Let it cook uncovered until the ramen is tender.
4. Once done, top with cheese & cover again for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Uncover & drizzle chili oil. Then garnish with green onions & enjoy!
