I recommend parm for anything carbonara! It compliments it well, and is easy on the gut for those who are sensitive to dairy!
I think it’s also fun to try with an egg yolk instead of the cream

I’m trying to make the noodles for Iftar but I don’t have heavy cream. Can I use milk instead of heavy cream??

I eat mine with provolone cheese and fried eggs on top-kimchi or marinated cucumbers on the side! ❤❤ glad you liked it!

I eat ramen like this:
I first get some tomato’s and cut them up (I use whole tomatoes and some tomato chutney which I almost always have in the fridge cause I’m an Indian)
I let it cook for a bit then I add water and put in the ramen. Once the ramen in semi cooked I add in the spices that came with it. Then u add in egg (make sure you don’t get rid of all the water) and makes sure I scramble it up. I pit the lid in and let it cook for a few min.

You can use traditional ramen but I think it tastes better with Indomie.

I have to write my recipe now! It is for the Samyang Habanero Lime Noodles

I saute some thinly sliced shallots in a little oil until it gets soft. Then I add in some small pieces of cubed pineapple (fresh/frozen). I cook that with the shallots for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside. In the same pan I add some cut up hot dogs/sausages and cook on high heat until they get a nice char on them. Now add back in the shallot-pineapple stuff, add the spicy sauce, flakes, noodles and mix. Super delicious.

I like keeping a bit of extra water (this will make sense) and adding a raw egg to the noodles while it’s still in the pan. Then you cover it so the egg cooks and bon appetite 😊
The egg yolk should still be runny and it adds a creamy texture to the noodles

Hello, if you or you guys wanna make it again or make it i got combo that’s so delicious! Recipe: buldak carbonara noodles, when that’s not hard anymore poor som of the water out but there still needs to be water add the spices. Then also add a bit of milk and sesame oil (just a bit if sesame oil) if u don’t have that, it’s fine it doesn’t effect it that much but yeah it is pretty good. Then add mozzarella cheese grated. Keep adding milk and cheese until it looks creamy enough. And is still a bit liquid. Then pour it in a bowl and top it off with some spring onions! ❤ hope this helped so no heavy cream needed!!!
