Samsung just has many useful things like double tap to lock, fingerprint always acitve (big thing), s-pen... and many many more little things which make life easier.

I love the pixel ui that's the reason why I can't own any other android phones that is not the pixel.

Had the S24U but decided to give it up for a few reasons.

1. Too big and heavy to hold/to put in a pocket.
2. Too squared off, I prefer to use my phones one handed and the square edges are uncomfortable.
3. The look and feel of One UI is just not as nice as Pixel UI.
4. Ultra HDR does not work correctly when taking 50MP/200MP photos. They just look dull compared to the 12MP photos.

I did love the anti-reflective screen but I prefer to have a screen protector on so the screen doesn't get scratches, which voids the anti-reflective screen unfortunately.

My main problem is that you literally do not know what you get with the Pixel in most countries outside of the US. Most AI features are off the table. Even the screenshot app isn't avaible most places. So it seems that the Samsung both can do a lot more with AI and has the better hardware as well. So where is the upside to the Pixel outside of the US?

I disagree on the display, 2365 peak nits on pixel 9 pro xl vs 1447 peak nits s24 ultra (HDR) (gsm arena, an actual test, not marketing). I'd rather have almost 1000 more nits brightness inside than the extra 300 when i'm outside under the direct sunlight. That's why samsung removed the peak nits HDR spec from their website (not peak outside nits).

This pixel has a great shape and design, and with the cover installed it's even more beautiful and wonderful❤️👍

I don't like that no comparison ever mentions the lower performance of the exynos chipsets for the samsung phones.

I'm a Pixel fan since the Pixel 2, but I also have Samsung phones on secondary lines. Both have amazing strong points and few negatives. I'm big on camera and I'm not much of a gamer on a phone. So if I could only have one, I'd always pick a Pixel running on Google Fi carrier service. By now I think we all know what each phone line emphasizes and it largely comes down to personal preference. By the way, the slower charging rate should give you more longevity of the battery (more years enjoy those software updates before battery degradation/failure). Everything is a trade-off in engineering.

From my experience with the pixel phones, You're way way too harsh on the tensor processors! But this doesn't come from a gamer though! 😁

Lets just be honest.. the difference between Android and iPhone are not the hardware anymore.. but its a deep integration between apps.. especially social media.. idk about you guys but anytime i record something straightout with instagram app.. iphone always comes out better than android..
